There will be no additional charges for this retreat.
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the terms below:
A $150 medical screening fee is included in your deposit and is non-refundable under all circumstances. If your medical form or EKG is not approved, you will receive a full refund minus this $150 fee.
If you cancel 60 days or more before the retreat, you will receive a full refund of any additional payments plus 25% of your deposit, minus the $150 fee.
If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, the entire deposit is forfeited, though any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
If you leave the retreat early, no refunds will be issued. Full refunds are only possible with written approval from Root & Wisdom ownership.
You may transfer your deposit to a future retreat, but doing so does not change the refund timelines. If you reschedule within 30 days of your retreat, a $500 rescheduling fee will apply, and any remaining credit must be used within 12 months.

5. Deposit via PayPal

- Amount: $2,500 + 5% fee ($2,625 total) or full balance + 5% fee

- Open PayPal.
- Select "Send" and enter the recipient's email.

6. Deposit via Bitcoin
- BTC Wallet Address: Please email us at deposit@rootandwisdom.com
- Amount: $50 test deposit first, followed by $2,450 or full balance
Instructions:
- Use your BTC wallet or exchange app.
- Enter the BTC wallet address and the equivalent amount in BTC.
- Add a memo with your Retreat Start Date and Full Name (e.g., December 28, 2023, John Doe).
- Review, send, and provide us with the transaction ID.
7. Deposit via Credit Card
- Instructions: Please process on this page by choosing "Credit Card" as your payment method above. All credit card transactions are managed through Retreat Guru, and each transaction incurs a 10% fee (e.g., Deposit of $2,500 x 10% = $2,750)
